Site for drug maker Elan wins Bank of the West financing

A 108,500-square-foot South San Francisco building developed by Chamberlin Associates and 100 percent leased to Irish drug company Elan Corp. won a $46.5 million construction and mini-perm credit facility from Bank of the West.
